Marcy Garden

Marcy Garden has been a practising massage therapist since 1999. Initially becoming a qualified Clinical Aromatherapist, over the years she has continually developed and expanded her massage skills through training with a strong focus on back, neck and shoulder problems.

She has also trained with the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage becoming proficient in using a range of advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, myofascial release, and stretching for neck and shoulder problems. Marcy has also trained extensively in Hot Stones massage and enjoys incorporating this into her massages.

Marcy’s treatments integrate deep tissue massage and a variety of soft tissue techniques. Combined, these can help patients cope with and manage all aspects of pain and help improve overall wellbeing. She is also happy to offer advice on complementary self-treatment at home.

Marcy has worked with a diverse group of clients including teenagers and people with physical disabilities. Her treatments have supported patients with a wide variety of complaints from headaches to chronic pain and injuries.
