At Mulberry House we take seriously how we handle and store the personal data of those who use our centre. When you make an appointment we will ask for your first name, surname, telephone number and email address, this contact infomation is used for appointment administration only.

How your information is stored

Your information is securely stored on Mindbody Online, to which there is no unauthorised access. Procedures are in place to safeguard the information we collect. The GDPR states that records should not be kept for longer than necessary, which Mulberry House adheres to.
The responsibility of client’s treatment records is with the individual therapist and they will have their own privacy policy. You will only be contacted regarding your appointment unless you have opted in to our mailing list.

How your information will be used

When we receive an email enquiry which contains personal information regarding health / medical conditions this will only be shared with a therapist when clinically appropriate.
Our website contains links to other websites, including those of therapists who work at Mulberry House. We do not have any control over these other websites. Therapists who work at our centre are responsible for their own privacy policy.
