LIC Terms & Conditions
To register for our Low Income Clinic you must present documentation at Reception to show that you are in receipt of one of the following:
- Jobseeker's Allowance
- Carer's Allowance
- Employment and Support Allowance
- Income Support
- Pension Credit - 'Guarantee Credit' only
- Housing Benefit
- Incapacity Benefit
You will be issued with a Low Income Clinic card. This card will be valid for a set period depending on your circumstances. Your registration number must be quoted every time you book and you must present your card at your appointment, otherwise you will not receive reduced rates.
If your circumstances change you must inform Mulberry House; failure to do so may result in you being charged the full amount for appointments attended since your change of circumstance.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
Vouchers are valid for six months from the day of purchase and can be redeemed against any of our treatments or classes.
Vouchers are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the treatment stated on your voucher. In this case you may choose an alternative treatment to the equivalent value or a refund will be made to the purchaser of the voucher.
Vouchers will be posted within 3 working days. If you experience any problems purchasing vouchers online or would prefer to buy a voucher in person please call or pop in to our reception.
Mulberry House Practitioners
All of our therapists are affiliated with recognised professional bodies related to the therapies they practice. This ensures that each practitioner follows a code of professional conduct as prescribed by their registering body. All practitioners also hold their own professional indemnity insurance.
Mulberry House actively encourages all its practitioners and teachers to be involved in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure that they are continually updating their practice skills.
Complaints & Feedback
We hope that everyone who attends classes and therapy sessions at Mulberry House has a good and beneficial experience, however if you are not happy with any aspect of your visit we would like to hear from you. Mulberry House is committed to helping clients or patients resolve any concerns they may have regarding their experiences at Mulberry House.
