Avril Berry studied Classical Rishi Culture Yoga with Yogamaharishi Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri Guru Maharaj at the International Centre for Yoga Education and Research near Pondicherry, South India. Avril also trained with The Yoga Biomedical Trust at the Yoga Therapy Centre in London and with Francoise Freedman, Director of Birthlight in Cambridge.
Avril received Yoga Student of the Year whilst studying with Yogamaharishi Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri Guru Maharaj at ICYER in 1990.

Classes include: Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath control), Mudras (gestures), Mantras (sounds), Cleansing techniques, Relaxation, Concentration and Meditation.

Baby Yoga: Post Natal Classes
Working with body, mind and breath, these classes are for mothers and their babies to enjoy this special time together. Mothers can practise Yoga with their babies fully included, and learn how to introduce Yoga to their babies - a truly wonderful gift which is beneficial for life.
