This educational workshop aims to help people with insomnia understand how sleep works, consider their approach to it and start to learn about evidence-based techniques for tackling insomnia.

Dr Richard Cosway is an experienced clinical psychologist who works in the NHS and in private practice at Mulberry House. He has extensive experieince in working with people using cognitive behavioural therapy to address insomnia as well as other difficulties.
