Client Testimonial

“I began therapy with Ruth following a three month absence from work due to stress and depression. My confidence was very low. Everything I was trying to do at work was being hindered by my lack of self belief, and in social situations the same problem was preventing me forming or maintaining relationships with others. I was avoiding situations and living under a cloud.

After just six sessions my mindset had completely changed. It was as if someone had flicked a switch in my head allowing me to see both my value and my potential. My confidence has improved so much; I have emerged from under the cloud and feel as though I am now in total control of life. My relationships have improved and I am being effective and successful at work. This has honestly been one of the most positive and life changing experiences I have ever had”

Ruth has a warmth and genuine regard for people that is evident in her practice and engagement with clients.  She inspires confidence and people feel respected and empowered to move forward.

Client Testimonial

“ What I really appreciated in my sessions with Ruth was her incredibly effective integration of expert knowledge, understanding and her unique ‘human touch’ – combining the CBT process with her genuine sense of empathy, sensitivity and ability she was able to truly understand my difficulties. Working with Ruth has brought a deep sense of balance and perspective to my life”
