Craniosacral Therapy with Louis Odessey Waters

CST is founded on the principle that our body and minds are deeply connected and always striving towards health and healing. Craniosacral therapy involves attuning to the body's subtle rhythmic expressions. During a session, patients remain fully clothed and lay on a massage table (or seated position, depending on what is most comfortable). The practitioner employs a gentle touch to establish physical contact with the body, assessing for imbalances or restrictions.

The underlying philosophy is that, within a safe environment and with appropriate resources, individuals possess the capacity for self-healing and it is the practitioner’s job to create that environment.

Louis trained first as a nurse and has worked in the NHS since 2016 in hospitals and in the community. He wanted to continue in the healing profession in a more holistic way, with a method that acknowledges the body-mind connection. After studying for one year at the European School of Osteopathy, Louis transferred to the Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust in London where he graduated in 2024. Craniosacral Therapy was exactly what Louis was looking for. It is a method that works with the natural potential to heal that is always present, regardless of the situation. As a therapist he meets his clients and their system as they are without judgement never losing sight of their potential. Louis can help people get back in touch with their deeper self, where naturally and spontaneously healing begins.

Over the course of Louis training he has treated clients, and helped with a variety of issues, including anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, chronic and acute back and neck pain and general aches, trigeminal neuralgia, restless leg syndrome, tinnitus and birth patterns. CST offers the body a chance to reset, and release what is no longer needed. This can bring about increased physical and mental wellbeing.

Louis mission is to offer a compassionate, holistic approach that integrates his medical background with a deep understanding of the body’s innate healing abilities. Louis invites you to embark on this journey with him and experience the profound benefits of craniosacral therapy.

Louis treats people from all walks of life, young and old, for all sorts of conditions. Often these people have tried many other conventional routes with mixed success. Sometimes CST becomes their go-to treatment, other times working alongside other treatments if we think that will improve things more quickly. CST is gentle yet very potent, and so offers a powerful route for self-healing.

Louis works every Monday 2:30-7.30pm
