Therapies / Treatments

Aileen specialises in sports and remedial massage therapy. However, her ultimate goal is to help individuals move and feel better, regardless of whether they participate in sports or not. She strongly believes that regular massage improves the circulatory, lymphatic, and neurological functioning of the body. Accordingly, she customises her techniques and skills to suit the needs of your body and provides you with the best treatment possible, so that you can feel the benefits immediately.

Aileen completed her training at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 2016. Since then, she has continued to undertake continuous professional development, or CPD, to increase and advance her knowledge in different areas so as to provide myofascial release and cold and hot stone massage Edinburgh services. Additionally, Aileen is a qualified Personal Trainer. Her experience in this field has enabled her to identify the injuries and strains that may arise through exercise and sports and incorporate her knowledge into her massage practice.

Furthermore, Aileen has volunteered at the Scottish National Run. In this capacity, she provided pre- and post-event massages for runners to help them improve their performance and optimise their recovery.
