Pre & Post Natal Massage

What to expect from pre and post-natal massage

Pre-natal

This therapeutic bodywork is designed to help support your body through the physiological, structural, and emotional changes of pregnancy. It helps improve circulation, relieves muscle tension and mental and physical fatigue, and promotes the well-being of both mother and baby.

Post-natal

Following birth, massage therapy can gently alleviate aches and pains, and help maintain flexibility through the physical demands of caring for a young baby.
