Yin yoga and Qi gong-inspired on-the-mat sessions with Pascale King includes

  • Tapping into the slow flow of the lymphatic system.

  • Guiding you through a gentle flow of mixed movements.

  • Create space in the connective tissue.

  • Connect breath, body, and mind.

These personalised sessions are created to provide an opportunity to concentrate on your body and well-being intentionally and attentively.

They can be helpful after surgery to release tension, heal scars, address cording/auxiliary web syndrome, boost the immune system, regulate the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, enhance body awareness, and promote mental calmness through breathing techniques.

Each session will also include practical self-care tips to take home.

 
  • Appointments last 60 minutes.

  • Please wear loose clothing so you are comfortable during your session.

  • Your practitioner will recommend the frequency of appointments.
